Former Marine Lieutenant Nathaniel L. Ryan and a few of his friends have declared war on New York City crime. The Mayor, Chief of Policy and many citizens are baffled at the changes that are occurring throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC. Crime has fallen to an all time low, drug infested neighborhoods are now sanctuaries for the children and elderly and the disappearance of top drug lords, their constituents, prostitutes, and the homeless has New York City's finest perplexed and working overtime. The whispers in the streets are that Nathaniel aka Noah and his crew are modern day Robin Hoods preserving city life one borough at a time. Crime hits hard but Noah and his crew hit 3 x Harder!
