Follows the events after the murder of the 16 year old student, Manuel Gutierrez, by Carabinero (chilean police) Sergeant (former) Miguel Millacura, in Santiago, Chile. Manuel was with his disabled brother, watching some protests by chilean workers demanding better working conditions, near his home, when a bullet shot by (former) Sergeant Millacura ended his life. Interviews with his family and the common feeling of injustice after Manuel's murder.
