Elude

Elude is a short indie drama film about the meanings of life, mortality, and human nature. It explores the darker side of free will with a person refusing to spend their remaining days in the hospital and explore the world instead. The journey explores deep connections and how far people will go when tested in situations as extreme as a dying friends wish. Lifelong friends, Grace, and Ollie, go on a road trip to Scotland where they want revisit beloved childhood memories. During this trip, truths unfold as one of the characters is keeping the true meaning of the trip a secret, their terminal illness. Grace and Ollie fight to understand each other's perspectives as they hit a huge hurdle in their friendship as they make their way to Scotland. The journey is filled with moments of joy, uncertainty, sadness, friendship, and acceptance as the two embark on this adventure.
