The resident in Mount Vernon New York isn't happy with the authorities effort to catch rapists that are terrorizing the town. The court exonerated three suspects due to lack of evidence and the city went into a frenzy. This triggered the minds of Three ladies (one of them is a former Agent) that decided to become vigilantes to take matters in their own hands to seek rapists and apply justice their own way. From the help of a former commissioner, who had an agenda of her own, she gives sensitive information about the most likely rape suspect that's responsible for the city's panic mode. However, the former commissioner sets out to get revenge against one of the ladies who had an affair with (her) wife.
